One-to-two hour walk-through consultation to make recommendations for preparing your home to sell. This comes with a full report that you get to keep. Additional hours after the first 2 will be $125
Includes Living Room, Bedroom(s), Bathroom(s), Kitchen, and Outdoor living space., utilizing a majority of what exists already in the home , with some accent pieces/decor items to be utilized. Any furniture or major decor sourcing needs will be in addition to this price. Additional hours after the first 4 will be $125
One-to-two hour walk-through consultation to make recommendations for preparing your vacant home to sell. This comes with a full report that you get to keep. Additional hours after the first 2 will be $125
Includes Living Room, Bedroom(s), Bathroom(s), Kitchen, and Outdoor living space for vacant homes. Price includes all furniture and decor rentals for the first 2 weeks. Then the rental fee will be $300 for every 30 days, or pro-rated for time on property. Additional hours after the first 8 will be $125
